By submitting a manuscript or using services provided by the International Journal of Policy Design and Administrative Studies, authors, reviewers, and users agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General

  1. International Journal of Policy Design and Administrative Studies is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal publishing research on global order, security studies, and policy cultures.

  2. These Terms and Conditions govern the submission, review, publication, and access to content in the journal.

2. Submission Terms

  1. Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.

  2. Authors must follow International Journal of Policy Design and Administrative Studies Author Guidelines, including formatting, citation style (APA 7th edition), and manuscript structure.

  3. Authors confirm that all co-authors have agreed to submission.

  4. Authors must disclose:

    • Conflicts of interest

    • Funding sources

    • Ethical approvals for research involving humans or animals

3. Copyright and Licensing

  1. Authors retain copyright of their work.

  2. Upon acceptance, authors grant JGOSPC a non-exclusive, perpetual license to publish, reproduce, and distribute their work in print and digital formats.

  3. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, unless otherwise stated.

4. Publication Fees

  1. A publication fee of $100 USD applies to accepted manuscripts.

  2. Payment is due after acceptance and before publication.

  3. Partial or full fee waivers may be granted at the editor’s discretion.

  4. Fees are non-refundable once the article is published.

5. Peer Review

  1. All submissions undergo double-blind peer review.

  2. Reviewer comments are provided for constructive feedback but do not guarantee acceptance.

  3. International Journal of Policy Design and Administrative Studies reserve the right to reject manuscripts at any stage.

6. Author Responsibilities

Authors agree to:

  • Ensure accuracy of information, references, and data.

  • Avoid plagiarism or unethical practices.

  • Correct errors promptly if discovered after publication.

  • Respond to editorial communications in a timely manner.

7. Journal Responsibilities

International Journal of Policy Design and Administrative Studies will:
