Author Publication Fees – JGOSPC

1. Fee Amount

  • The standard publication fee for articles accepted in JGOSPC is $100 USD.

  • This fee covers peer review management, editorial processing, DOI registration, online hosting, and open-access publication.


2. When Fees Are Paid

  • The publication fee is charged only after a manuscript is formally accepted following peer review.

  • Authors will receive an invoice and payment instructions via email once acceptance is confirmed.


3. Payment Methods

JGOSPC accepts payments via:

  • Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer / wire transfer (international payments accepted)


4. Waivers and Discounts

  • Partial or full fee waivers may be available for:

    • Authors from low-income countries

    • Students or early-career researchers with limited funding

  • Requests for waivers must be submitted during manuscript submission and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


5. Fee Non-Refund Policy

  • The publication fee is non-refundable once the manuscript is formally published.

  • If a manuscript is rejected or withdrawn before acceptance, no payment is required.

  • Authors are informed of fees before acceptance and no hidden costs are applied.
