Publication Fee – International Journal of Project Management Studies and Research (IJPMSR)

The International Journal of Project Management Studies and Research (IJPMSR) charges a flat publication fee of USD 100 per accepted article. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the editorial process, peer review management, production, online hosting, archiving, and indexing, ensuring the journal remains sustainable while maintaining high-quality, open-access publication standards.


1. When the Fee is Applied

  • The **publication fee is charged only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.

  • Submission, peer review, and editorial assessment are completely free of charge.

  • No payment is required for manuscripts that are rejected at any stage of review.


2. What the Publication Fee Covers

The fee contributes to essential journal services, including but not limited to:

  1. Peer Review Management:

    • Coordination of anonymous, double-blind peer review

    • Support for reviewers and editorial staff

  2. Editorial Services:

    • Manuscript editing and formatting support

    • Plagiarism and ethics checks

  3. Production & Publication:

    • Typesetting and PDF generation

    • High-quality digital publication on the journal website

    • DOI (Digital Object Identifier) assignment for each article

  4. Indexing & Archiving:

    • Permanent archiving in digital repositories

    • Inclusion in indexing and abstracting services

  5. Open Access Availability:

    • Free, unlimited access for readers worldwide

    • Compliance with open-access standards


3. Payment Procedure

  • After manuscript acceptance, authors will receive an invoice for USD 100.

  • Payment methods accepted:

    • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

    • Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer

    • PayPal or other online payment gateways

  • Payment must be completed before the article is officially published.

  • A receipt will be issued upon payment confirmation.


4. Discounts and Waivers

  • Waivers may be granted in exceptional cases, such as:

    • Authors from low-income or developing countries

    • Students or early-career researchers without funding

  • Requests for waivers or partial discounts must be submitted during the submission process and are considered by the Editor-in-Chief.


5. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided for articles that are already published.

  • Refunds may be considered only if payment was made in error or the article is withdrawn before publication.

  • Authors are encouraged to review the fee and payment terms carefully before payment.

  • The publication fee does not influence editorial decisions.
